Living out loud depends on finding the quiet courage not to hide from life. This is a crucial step in not wasting our gifts. By investing time and care into our wonder, curiosity, creativity, and compassion, we stay in conversation with our true nature. To live out loud is to allow ourselves to be tender as we feel life directly. Only the tender can be shaped and transformed. Only when tender does the gift move through us. The gift that enables us to contribute to each other’s lives and to the world.
This Package Includes:
Friday and Saturday nights accommodation at Stanford Valley Guest Farm, all fresh healthy vegetarian meals, art materials, guided mediations, mindful movement and Creative Guiding, PLUS one follow up coaching session after the retreat.
Sunday night accommodation is optional at a cost of R500 extra per person. Dinner on Sunday evening and breakfast on Monday is not included.
Beverages from the restaurant are not included. (Coffees, teas, bottled water & sodas.)
ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE RETREAT.
Yoga with Lindy and Leli:
Lindy Greyling is a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, teaching yoga as a mindful movement in a light-hearted playful manner.
Leli Hoch is a Teacher trained in the integral Vinyasa style and philosophically guided by Zen Buddhism.
Leli & Lindy teach yoga together in quite an unusual way sharing the teacher’s mat. Many years of practicing, teaching and studying yoga have given them the experience and wisdom to support each individual’s unique yoga practice
The following principles guide them:
• Moving with awareness – rediscovering and increasing the range of functional mobility
• Synchronised breath – exploring the capacity and ability of the body to receive and release breath
• Quiet mind – observing and calming the movements of the mind
• Laughter – no yoga class without laughter!
